Converting to TS

I'm trying to convert some files to Transport Steam, as these work on my TV. I'm using Ultimate 2 and cannot find this format in the menu.

The help page that I've looked at shows this option between "Web Designed" and "Blue Ray and AVCHD" but this doesn't seem to be available to me.

I am getting on in years so please be patient with me if this is a "no brainer"!!

Hopefully, someone out there will be able to teach an old dog a new trick.

It is found under Mpeg-2 or you can create a custom profile
