Trouble downloading in best quality from tele5.de

I'd like to download the video from this page: http://www.tele5.de/a-z/schlefaz/staffe ... olgen.html The video is offered in 3 quality settings, and of course I would prefer the highest quality. Unfortunately, the video seems to start in the lowest quality. VSO Downloader recognizes the video nicely, but when I switch to a higher quality, VSO Downloader tells me that the stream is already in the list and continues downloading with the low quality setting. Is there something I can do about this? I'm using current stable Firefox and Flash and VSO Downloader 5.0.0.49. Any help is very much appreciated.

Can you send us a link where a video plays on that page? and send a screenshot?

So far we cannot get a video to play on that website.
