Okay, what is going on? Version 54 worked fine. I launched it last week, and it says there's a new version 55. I install it, and it seems to work fine for awhile, while pulling MP4s from DVD images. Until I try to make a 1080p blu=ray disc. THen it won't complete. COnverts the first two files fine, the third says it's at 100% but never progresses, and the fourth just keeps saying it will take longer and longer. Until it says days. THen I kill the process.

Okay, I think, 55 has a bug. So I uninstall it and reinstall 54. Launch it, it says "Hey, there's a new version". No thanx, I say. But it still won't create a blu-ray any longer. Same symptoms.

Here's the last three log files as a treat.

I have tried everything I can think of (uninstalling, rebooting, clearing register, reinstalling, reboot, etc) with no joy. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Sorry you ran into this problem.

Can you try with the hardware optimizations turned off and see what happesn?

Thanks,

Claire

Yes, I have done that. And it does not exhibit the problem. But I'm only doing this to aid you in troubleshooting. Obviously, giving up the conversion speed of a 970 is not acceptable. I cannot take over 5 hours for every creation job.

Oh, and before you ask, thanx to GeForce Experience, I know I have the latest drivers. (378.49, dated 01/23/17)

I just tried to do the exact same project, but with hardware optimisation turned back on. Actually I started it and left. When I came back, it says that it'll finish in 18H7M and expanding.

Do we have any forward motion on this, or any recommendations on what I might try?

Tried installing V57b over 56. Tried to build a Blu-Ray 1080p from group of files. Stops at exactly the same place. Uninstalled V56 and installed V57, rebooting in between. Tried to build a Blu-Ray 1080p with a different group of files. Still stops with 3rd converted file at 100% but never moves on, and fourth gets partially done, and then just stops, with time remaining just growing and growing.

This is now the third version without any forward progress. I have updated NVidia drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled everything, but it still will not complete a build of a Blu-ray.

:(

can you post a screen shot of your settings when viewing hardware optimizations?

maybe also post your hardware specs related to GPU (version number/driver update etc)

Okay, so here are some snaps for your editification.

The graphics card is, as the optimization screen says, a MSI GTX 970.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Bug error on close application randomly raised after encoding several task or working with software adding removing task or pressing cancel while loading long files over bluray disc iso

Edit: notes to Felicia for previous post. Yes looks like style of form changes when error is raised. Posibly bug related on destroying styling windows system on close.

Thanks
