I meant to focus on CXD and CXV for the two major products and leave DVD / BR converter / CXH behind because the first two already can do what these can.

I'm sure your feedback is most welcomed by the VSO team.
However I think they are the best judges, since they would know what is on demand.
After modifying a project, and choose the option to save the project as, choosing a new filename, the file isnt being saved with the name I typed.
The last characters of the filename are missing

When you bring up the audio button DVD player to get rid of subtitles, the play button triangle shows up. It does go out when you shut off the display. Did not do this in previous versions.

For example what? So far we cannot reproduce.
Strange.
I tried to reproduce the bug with a new file created project, and it seens it doesnt happen.
But with the project that I already have saved, the bug always happen. If I make any modification and save project as *(shift+ctrl+S), the new created filename doesnt have some characters in the end.
For exemple, the project file is "Colony.S02D3" and i make some modifications in the file, and then save it as "Colony.S02D4", but the saved file is only "Colony".
It seens some bug happened in the project file that causes this.
Im gonna attach the file in this post.

Try using a different separator. Example "_" or "-" instead of "."

Are you talking about playback or when you're editing your project?
What do you mean by "bring up the audio button DVD player"?

It seens the app ignores everything after the first dot in the filename
Using a different separator the bug doesnt happen.
I have tried with a new project, and the same has happen once.
Sometimes it happens and sometimes it wont.
But with the project that I already have done it always happen if the filename has a dot in it
I've been keeping up with the updates on the CXtoDVD and CXtoVideo. This current version, 7.0.0.31, has a couple of things I wanted to mention:
1. When I preview the menu, the custom menu title doesn't show. For example: instead of "Video Compilation," it shows "Video 1" (the name of the first video on the menu).
If I use the advanced menu editor, I can put into effect the custom menu title.
2. When editing the menu in French, there are some typing errors:
The menu says "Éditionr avancée" and when exiting the advanced menu editor without saving changes, it asks "Annuler les changements et fermerl'éditeur de menu ?"
There may be more, but those are what I remember finding.

The original file quality will always be better. Keep in mind that the resolution on the original file could be higher than that of the DVD specification of 720X576 or 720X480.

1. Should be fixed in the next build
2. Fixed in the next build

I disagree! I have BRC for years, recently installed CXTD and CXTV and believe BRC and CXTD add a bit more for their single purpose than CXTV. I like all three products. Keep them all alive.
