I like ConvertXtoVideo, but It would be amazing if this software had an option to increase or decrease the speed of video.

In this latest beta version, every time that I click on a audio or subtitle track to choose the language identifier, the software stops working... my operative system is in portuguese so I don't know if you'll be able to understand what it says, but basically says that ConvertXtoVideo stopped working and therefore Windows will close it and let me know if there's a solution for it.

The translation tool is not working on v1.6.0.25. I'm using Windows 10 Home. I went to the Lang folder and the app is not there, and it is shown as a broken shortcut in the app menu. And Windows shows a message saying that the app as been changed or moved and asks if Iwant to delete that shortcut.

Windows 10 Home. Version 1.6.0.26. I have halt on error turned on. New beta stops during menu rendering for DVD creation every time saying there was an error. Log file says the conversion was stopped due to an error, but no error is specifically listed. Reinstalled .25, built DVD using exact same files, project completed satisfactorily.

I don't see it anywhere where i can set a default language for subtitles. Not in editor, not in settings, nor the default language IDENTIFIER as suggested a while back like is possible in CXD where

- user can set default language identifier for audio
- user can set default lnaguage identifier for video
- user can set default active audio
- user can set default active subtitle.

The selection of audio/subtitle tracks is automatic.
That mean if you select an English audio track for a file, this action is remembered and all the English audio tracks will be selected the next time you will load a file (same if you unselect a track)
Same for subtitles. For example if you click on "Unselect all", no subtitle will be selected the next time you load a file.

I will try to find time to implement this option for next version.

ConvertXtoVideo version - 1.6.0.30 and 1.6.0.31 you can not increase the video vertically past 0 zero into negative number to make video look normal (good) in user defined mode

Build 32b seems to trigger an access violation after pressing minimize button on top, and then clicking on the CXV icon at the bottom.

Access violation at address 0053032F in module 'vsoVideoConverter.exe'. Read of address 00000278, the side effect is that the top bar above the 'menu bar' goes missing (the one with minimize/maximize/close button)

In the Advance Edit window, In the Video Cut window, when you click START CUT
the START number appears AND the End number appears. The End number should not
be there and because of this happening, the cutting editing is not useable.

This problem is in the last 1.6.0.32 version, also, in many prior versions.

I am not sure I understand. It is true the way cut sections work has changed. When you do press start cut a cut section will be inserted, you can select the cut in the timeline and move the section or just drap the start or end times to adjust the cut section to remove the segment you want. You can also edit the times in the table.

If this was not clear to you, can you explain maybe how you would have expected things to happen or be presented?

A couple days ago i converted a file from avi to mp4 and set the audio language as "english", according to the the changes audio language identifiers should now be remembered automatically for the next time. Now, when i just added a batch of avi files to do the same, the audio identifier was NOT autmatically set to english, it again showed "unspecified". Am i misunderstanding that recent change?

I would also love the addition (until the default language identifier is added), of going into the "Advanced editor" of 1 video file and have the ability to "apply language identifier to all files" (the selected ones in that case). Right now it's very tedious to manually specify a language if there's a few dozen files to convert.

the language choosen for the identifiers cannot be remembered by the app, unless you are saving a project.

in the versions 1.6.0.30 and 1.6.0.32, after convertion to a custom AVCHD, optical disc format, i got no video in my bluray player.

Encoded with NVIDIA NVENC, Windows 10 x64.

The same happened with 2 different movies.

I got no video in the bluray player, but got audio. In the conversion preview, the video is shown.

Can you try by disabling any audio RAW copy (by enabling "Convertir les fichiers DTS en AC-3" option)
