Bonjour Cédric,

les sous-titres ne s'affiche que dans la fenètres de droite et pas dans les deux ,et quand le film est en 4/3 il n'est pas possible de les faire descendre si l'on choisit d'avoir une taille haute ,par exemple 44 ils rete enplein milieu de l'image video!!!

I think Best Quality option not working. I got always the same fps. Found a problem with 2-pass. If it's on then my manual preset with veryslow(h264, prifile - high) conversion not working. If it's off then everything looks ok. But best quality not working at all anyway.
And sound runs faster than in converted video.(used manual preset format - 3gp, h264, Profile - high, veryslow, bitrate - 100 max), using the same sets but fast preset and it looks normal. No problems with sound.

3 problems:

1) use best quality in default settings does not apply to custom profiles, as within the custom profiles already imply values of "best video quality" setting.
2) was fixed in 2.0.0.16
3) confirmed and will be fixed in the next build, thanks for reporting.

Looks like there's no sound sync problem with my custom profile but i still can't understand if Best quality working proprely. Using default Xvid preset and turning BQ On and Off i still got the same fps.

Pardon, me please, Claire. But it seem to me BQ still not working in 18th beta. Anyway i got same fps.

I am getting the crash everytime I attempt to convert this and on random other videos. Please find attached the log file.

Can you play the video in the advanced editor of ConvertXtoVideo?

Can you play the video in VLC before converting?
Are you sure the protection if removed? . . . you have a decryptor running?
Did it work in previous versions or you don't know?

I noticed that BQ works only for dvd converting(used pal auto) but if i choose xvid, for example, i got no difference. Fps the same.

I didn't have this problem till 2.0.0.17. I did a uninstall to 2.0.0.11 and the problem persists. Could it be one of the drivers that changed?

Ok I found a problem with defective media but the original was flawless and did not work. So far here is a list of movies it crashes on. I have ruled out AnyDVD as a problem as the original and the unprotected backup both crash at the same spot. All problems are with DVD version only with ConverXtoVideo.

This problem should be fixed in 2.0.0.21.

New problem found. In a multi episode DVD where the episodes are all part of one big file where chapters break up the episodes along with intro and closing credits.
If you set ConvertXtoVido to break it into chapters then merge each episode back into single episodes with open and close. The program hangs during the copy. I have left it running for 24 hours and what I got out was that one episode never finished and the first episode only copied the opening/Intro. The other episodes where missing various parts either an open or a close or one of the main chapters of the episode.

I know this is not the point and I do thank you for reporting the bug, but why would you do the above?

And when you merge them back together, how do you do this? Select all in main interface, right click and select merge?

and what format are you converting to? Can you post your log file?
maybe try with hardware optimizations disabled.
