Start playing from first title as it should be, but still no menu.

What do you use to play the Blu-ray produced?
Are you sure that your player is able to interpret a Blu-ray structure?
Do you load it using index.bdmv?

I'm just drag-n-dropping BDMV folder to media player. Thats all. I haven't got a home player device. Watching BD only on PC.

If you're talking about Windows Media Player, it's not able to interpret Blu-ray/AVCHD structure! (same for VLC and VSO Media Player...)
So, when you drag drop your structure, Media Player will play the first .m2ts found without trying to read the structure/menu.
You need to use PowerDVD HD or other player able to "really" read a Blu-ray/AVCHD structure (and not only read the .m2ts as single files)

Regards,

Ok. Just installed Power DVD and i can see a menu. It's strange but MPC-HC and Daum Pot Player can read DB sructure too if BD not secured.

Why max kbps can't be reached? Only 24k encoding to. How do i get a 40mbps.And looks it's better encoding 23.98fps frame rate because even 25fps->23.98 showing with a little jittering.

Hello igor_lvk,
Why max kbps can't be reached?
What do you want to reach when you encode a video?!
Do you reach a high video quality or a high bitrate?

Please, give your video quality feedback if you have any problems but video bitrate is not...

Thank you.

PS: changing video framerate will often add jittering (adding or dropping a video frame is always noticeable.)

Converted video looks ok if sourse got high quality too(i'll test that one more time) and if you are not using cuda, my question was just about bitrate. I've read that max bitrate of BD is 40mbps. So CX2HD always show 24mbps and i just asked about it. Why cx2hd not encoding to mpeg4 avc too. I think h264 not looking good.
And yet. It needs serious optimisations because conversion time is horrible.

Give an examples if you can. I'd like to see them. And only encoding movies with 23.98fps make sence otherwise all movies of high fps(25 or 30) will be jittering.
And do not use CUDA in any case. It's only spoiling quality. Always uncheck h264 encoding.

Wrong mbps displaying in log when using cuda encoding. It's always show 24808 but max is 11mbps when cuda used.
