Hi,

First step, can you give me the OS you're using (XP, Vista, Seven...), and can you check if VSO patin-couffin driver is installed on your computer? (you can check that in Control panel/System/Device manager)

If you use Windows XP SP2 or higher, you should uninstall Patin-couffin driver.

If Patin-couffin driver is not installed, can you check if AnyDVD is enabled when burn process start?

Thank you.

Uninstall your Patin-couffin driver then reboot.
Try by disabling AnyDVD while burning.

AnyDVD can cause finalization issues, and some DVD/Blu-ray home players can't read not finalized medias.

Like I said, patin-couffin is only needed if you use Windows XP SP2 and above.

Patin-couffin driver is a VSO driver, be sure you can uninstall it (by using right click in device manager)

No problem.

Last Blu-ray converter version must deactivate AnyDVD when burn process start to fix this issue.
Let me know if you see AnyDVD is always running when burn process start, I will take a look.

Thank you.

In both cases (VSO programs & One click programs), Patin-couffin driver must be uninstalled if you use XP SP3 and higher.
