I tried the same disk with 4.3.2.1. and VSO Blu-Ray to DVD convertor.

I will try Mencoder directly.

Your problem seems to be while encoding DVD menu...

I'd also like to offer some suggestions on improving the software:

. Creating Menu: An option to edit menus before writing them to the destination folder. Possibly saving all meta data (audio options, chapter points and chapter thumbnails) extra so that a menu can be created after the VOBs have been created the menu can be completely replaced (even after the application has closed)
. Audio & subtitle selection: An 'advanced mode' showing all audio/subtitle streams including their PID that can be individually deselected
