hi, d/l the new trail blu ray version. Software seems to convert and burn my Bly ray movies just fine but I cannot get them to play back on my PC or with my Blu Ray player to my TV. Is there a special file that needs to me used for play back?

Hi,

Are you sure your Blu-ray home player is able to play DivX movies?
What software do you use to play the output file on your PC? Have you tried with VLC?

yes, I'm using Cyber link power dvd. I can play blu ray movies on my pc.

If you check Cyberlink claim their software will not play ripped media.
I suggest you try an alternative player.
TMT 5 works as does VLC.
The latter being free.
N.B. Earlier PowerDVD versions 7 & 8 should also work.
Need more info on stand alone Blu-ray player.
Could it be Sony.
If so then that's your answer...
