New Profile '1080p CUDA HQ' ?

Is there a possibility to get 2 new profiles in 'Playstation 3' and 'MKV' of:
'720p CUDA HQ' and '1080p CUDA HQ' with a much higher bitrate?
I know file size would be much bigger but some of us would much prefer speed and large file size but GREAT QUALITY and the standard CUDA profiles just dont give it, then we could reprocess these files if wanted/needed.
