XBOX Settings Produce 2 ch audio on XBOX

So, I've converted a bunch of BR's using the XBOX setting, max quality.
The resultant MOV files do list as having 6ch audio and do play that way on a PC.
However, since the audio gets re-encoded as AAC instead of AC3, the XBOX 360 (as Media Center Extender) will downconvert the audio to 2ch. Obviously, this is a terrible result. When I use RipBot264 and convert to AVCHD .m2ts I particularly make use of the AC3 conversion for audio which keeps the XBOX in the 6ch loop.
Please allow for another setting for audio for XBOX profles... one that is actually compliant with letting the XBOX play 6ch audio.
