Version 1.2.1.21 No Valid Video Stream

No matter what video I put in to the DVD burner, I get this message.
"No valid video found (Selected HD structure doesn't contain any video stream)".
I click OK, the message comes up again.
I click OK the second time, and get this message.
"Load error (Selected input doesn't contain any valid structure....)"
.. However, I can bring up any program (DVD Shrink for instance), and it runs it perfectly.

The DVD is "Four Christmases", but this happens with ANY DVD I put in.

I think you need to decrypt the DVD first. I use DVDFAB Passkey which is free to write an unprotected ISO image on to my hardrive and load that into DVD Converter. The version .21 seems to work well with anything I have tried so far.
