When I start up Blu-ray Converter Ultimate I keep getting an error box stating "List Index Out of Bounds (2)" I click OK and the program comes up. I go through the process to convert a blu-ray. When I click convert another error box pops up saying "List index out of bounds (-1)" and won't convert my disc's. What is going on, anyone have a clue? BTW i'm running Windows 7 64bit.

I was getting the error list index out of bounds (1) so I deleted latest update and went back to earlier version it is working now

Do you have any virtual drive (like ELBY Clone drive) installed?

I got the same message on fresh installed 1.3.0.1. Also, in "Advanced settings" were empty (nothing to select) fields of "Video resize quality" and "DVD menu template selection".
When program started default interface language looks English, but forcing language setting in "Advanced settings" to English make all that problems resolved, the fields of choice appears and then conversion began without "List index out of bounds (-1)" message.
(Sorry for my poor English.)

1) what is the name of the movie you are trying to convert?
2) what language is Blu-ray Converter in?

(by the way, I sad that with BD2MKV profiles (except remuxing) I can't keep DTS-HD MA 7.1 track, without conversion to ac3! ...Better soundtrack is so important for musical movies...)
2) my OS Windows is Russian localised, but I always use English interface of Blu-ray Converter (which I use now as a trial version).

This should be solved in 1.3.0.2 that is now available - please confirm.

With this new update, i'm still getting the same issue. This pops up as the program is starting up and I have to click ok/close for the program to start. I am running no virtual dvd or drives. I am running windows 7 64bit with 8gig ram with intel quad core processor. Also it dosent matter what disc i put in the drive even with no disc in the drive i come up.
