For some reason my blu-ray converter isnt working anymore, try`ed uninstalling with the vso tool, and reinstalled again.
When i open the program i get " Access violation at address 0000000E. Read of address 0000000E ".

Im running the latest version of blu-ray converter on windows 7 64 bit.

Only thing that i installed recently is Nero platinum HD suite, could this be the problem ?.
I hope not

I have no idea what the problem is, any thoughts ???

Any one ??

In the mean while i have try`ed older versions, the last 2 versions gives me access violation.
All versions i still could find starts up fine but are not working.
One version i can only select to convert dvd.
Mkv,avi, etc.. are simply not in the program.
Another problem is that none of the other version will convert, it just says "list index out of bound (-1)" or will go to the next screen and then "checking files please wait" then nothing.
Or an error has occured with a log file about acces violation at addres 773c8da9 in module ntdll.dll.

:(

Will there be a new version soon ?

When i bought the program it worked, allthought there was a little bit of a sync issue, with everthing that was coverted.
Then all new version after that ,i was getting the feeling that i got more problems with the program then before.
Problems were solved but new ones were born.

Any news on new version soon ?

Deleted my nero from my pc, still getting access violation, so nero was not he problem.
It must be in the last 2 versions 1.3.0.0 and 1.3.0.1.

Conversion log might help.
Anyway, best option is to use VSOClean to remove program, then re-install.
"List out of bounds -1" error is usually due problem in registry.

Then, even if you uninstall Nero it does NOT uninstall all files and hooks it has inserted, cleaning after Nero installation is quite tricky.

Used the VSOClean tool again, and installed the version i bought ( 1.2.0.14 ), this one is now working.
Will be using this version till 1.3.0.2. is posted, and hopefully it is fixed.
