Encoder engine can't be initialized. (Windows 7)

Hello :-)

First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR! :-)
I got a problem running Blu-Ray Converter in Windows 7 64bit. When I try encoding a Bluray into a MKV using MPEG / H264 / H264 CUDA encoder, i got the error shown in the log file below. I tried reinstalling, compatibility mode XP or Vista, nothing works, always the same error. Funny thing is, i still got Vista 64bit parallely installed on the same PC and there the program works like a charm.
So I think it got to be a Windows 7 64bit related problem?!

Problem solved!
In my Windows 7 the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is enabled for every program.
The Blu-Ray Converter EXE has to be in the exception list.
If it isnt, this error occurs.
