I downloaded version 1.0.1.422 via two different links.
When I install it, it shows as version 1.0.0.422 in "About".
Also when I click on Update I'm told that a new version is available, version 1.0.1.422.

The about window is not showing the correct information. Thanks for reporting, it will be fixed in the next version.
