Issues when deleting/stopping multiple downloads

When downloading multiple videos, trying to delete or stop them results in VSO Downloader freezing for a while and leaking RAM until it becomes responsive.

this problem occurs when the application try to reconnect to the server and it is not available, this part will be improved

Stopping an active downloading/recording of a stream is still slower than it should be.

This bug is still occurring in the latest version.
