Hello,

Bitdefender told me how to make changes so that it worked properly with VSO Downloader - undertake handling, I tested it and it works.

Here are the steps - handling:

- Open Bitdefender and click the Firewall then click on Network Information
- In Network Activity, select Home / Office in Stealth Mode, select Off and select Yes in Generic
- Click on Close
- Still in the Firewall section, click on the (very) small sprocket.
- Check the Advanced tab of the firewall where the status of intrusion detection system is Off
- Also pass the switch Blog port scans to Off
- Then click on the Settings tab and check the paranoid mode is Off.

:D

How do you adjust Bitdefender 2015 for VSO Downloader when it doesn't detect video?

Hi millvso!

Try this:
In Bitdefender Internet Security 2015:
Go to Firewall settings --> Add Rule -->
Copy/paste this link:
c:\windows\system32\drivers\npf.sys
(select all kinds of network and then select allow)

and do the same to the following link:
c:\windows\system32\drivers\npfs.sys
(select all kinds of network and then select allow)

Then Reboot your computer! (It's necessary for Bitdefender to "recognize" this 2 new exceptions!)

This 2 files from WinPcap (npf.sys, npfs.sys) are the one which are blocked by Bitdefender Firewall.
You just have to allow them to access to internet.
Worked perfectly for me! :D
Good Luck
