Hello everyone .. I'm Italian, sorry for the bad english.
I have a problem after installing Blu-Ray Converter Ultimate 2.1.14 when the program gives me 'the following error:

Exception EStringListError BluRayConverterUltimate.exe in module at 00058651
List index out of bounds (1)

I've 'felt more' times to uninstall and reinstall, using ccleaner, CleanVSO and Revo Uninstaller Pro but nothing ... once installed each time the program gives me 'that message and nothing else.

I installed the version of BluRay Converter Ultimate 1.4.0.8 and it works without problems ..

After installing the program, which is' well, when I start a sound is heard, make a mistake, and that's it.

so maybe when the program launchs from the installer? after clicking on "next" on the last screen of the installer there the option [x] Execute is checked?

When the last screen asks if you want to start ok ... and I is not 'nothing.

Do you have any Slysoft products installed (CloneDVD, AnyDVD ...)

Can you install if you have uninstalled version 2.1.1.14, do not execute during the last step of the installation, and go here
C:\Program Files\VSO\Blu-ray Converter Ultimate\2
could be "Program Files (x86)" depending on your pc and rename file "vso_hwe.dll" to "vso_hwe_old.dll" and try to lauch Blu-ray Converter now? What happens?

I uninstalled AnyDVD and CloneDVD, clean registry with Wise Registry Cleaner restart your PC and re-installed BluRay Converter but nothing to do, at the end of installation I start the program and you hear the sound but can not see anything!
I also renamed the file to your request without success ..

MY "List index out of bounds (1)" for version 1.4.0.8 was caused by the program UltraIso. I unplugged all my permanent CD\DVD\BD drives and deleted Virtual Clone Drive and UltraIso. I added them back one at a time and ran Blu-Ray Converter each time. When UltraIso was reinstalled, I got the "List index out of bounds (1)" again. I went to Options/Configuration and selected the Virtual Drive tab in UltraIso. After that, select Virtual Clone Drive as the "Default Virtual Drive Program". I have not had the "List index out of bounds (1)" problem again.

Not sure this will work for you, but it did for me.

I uninstalled PowerISO as suggested by Romchim and BluRay Converter works!

Now we need to see if there are pogrammi type PowerISO or UltraISO compatible on Blu Ray Converter!

Update ...

PowerISO installed latest version (5.4) BluRay Converter Ultimate okay at the moment seems not to compatibility issues.
