No Customer support? What gives?

I bought the DVD converter program and it does not work as promised. I have not received any response to email inquiries. I asked Pay Pal for a refund. It was denied. I got the DVD ripper program from Amerisoft and I am happy with it. I had to contact customer service for Amerisoft and they responded in 24 hrs and I am up and running. At this point I don't need the program. It would be nice if they would offer a substitution or refund. I bought the X to DVD program before and it worked. At this point I would not use them again.
