if your NIC is not listed it is not supported by our network driver, switch your Internet connection on another card.

paradoxgogo: How about telling us more information about your network card and the adapters that are being detected. Also, what OS are you using?

This is kind of an old thread, But, Here Goes anyway
I need to add a Verizon V740 modem to those being monitored.
The actual modem is
Novatel Wireless Merlin CDMA EV-DO Modem
ESN-DEC:0910355322
FCCID:PKRNVWMXV720
V740
IC:3229B-MX720
ExpressCard34
Qualcomm 3G CDMA
I tried Changing:
[VSO_COLLECTION]
Count=3 from 2
AND adding this line to the ..\ProgramData\VSO\VSO Downloader\4\adapters.ini file
DetectedOnlineAdapterName=\DEVICE\{51E7609E-F086-4ECA-9870-5B9E4E5096BD}
No joy
This is in an HP Laptop with an internal WIFI modem.
I use the Verizon modem whenever I am out of range of WIFI.
I've been a paid VSO user since version 1.0 and I hope someone is still providing support.
