Still has Access Violations

Tried to convert a Blu-Ray copy (unprotected) of Ben-Hur disk 1 with Blu-ray converter. Selected DVD as output. Failed. At the end of the process I got several access violations and the DVD file was not created. I do have VOB files but they are based on DVD 5 when I had selected DVD-9. I have attached screen captures and the log file.

Just as a thought, Is ConvertX better at converting Blu-ray to DVD? Have both and wonder rather one is better than the other.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Same with me, have also access violations using an msi board with i7-3770 16gb ram and geforce 650i with latest drivers on Windows 8.
Tried the beta yesterday but still the same.
After unchecking Cuda it's working.

Other SW ist converting with Cuda.

Too bad, I'ld like to buy this program but with Cuda not working, I have to wait.

I'm using 2.1.1.27, it shows the access violation message only when I close the program also it doesn't cause any issue to the operations.
