I have Windows 8 Pro 64-bit and Downloader 2.9.9.22[attachment=0]Capture.JPG[/attachment]

I can detect a file but it will not download but the error shown appears every time.

I cannot update because I cannot connect.

I have turned the firewall OFF.

With respect I suggest you check your error message? I think you mean "VSO server can NOT be reached" + Connexion is not an English word = try connection?
