VSO Downloader 2.9.13.13 - Language files path

Why do you change the location of language files ?

Version before 2.9.13.13: %ProgramFiles%/VSO/Downloader/2/Lang

2.9.13.13: C:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Application Data\VSO\Downloader\Lang

Why do you make this change?
Please take care that if you update a previous version remain also the folder Lang in the old path.

raoming appdata do not have all priliveges and is not share for all users, this is better to use programdata
