I'm french, sorry for my English

I bought for two days DVD converter to convert some dvd to avi format ant iphone 3GS

When the convertion arrive at 11%, it stop and it's written : Error while encoding file.

It's the same when i do a convertion direct from the DVD disc-reader or when i use an image iso of the DVD.
And also for all differents format of output (DVD, AVI Xvid, Iphone)

I need your help fast, i have to use it before next week.

Si oui, pouvez-vous me donner le nom des films que vous voulez convertir?
