Output file names

I cannot find any way of controlling the names given to output files. For example, when I add the Video_TS folder for "Sherlock Holmes - A Game of Shadows" to DVD Converter, and then click the star icon next to it, I am told that the titleset name is "Sherlock Holmes - A Game of Shadows (2011) (Main feature) - 2:03:07". If I accept that and convert, using Mkv muxing profile, the result is a file called Main feature.mkv. Changing the Titleset name makes no difference - no matter what i do, I still get an output file called Main feature.mkv. Can anyone please tell me how I can control the output file names so that I don't have to go back and rename them after the conversion finishes?
