I would love to try this out but i got my vso code via trialpay. Can i still get an upgrade code at all to version 3?

I have some questions and suggestions regarding it:
1. What is the benefit of using VSO EVE over WinPCap?
2. If only one network driver is checked to be installed in the Setup program, it should change the settings of VSO Downloader to use that network driver (for example, if only VSO EVE is checked, it should use that instead of defaulting to WinPCap).
3. I had to use the Lost Key form in order to get the new license key.
4. Its telling me in its "Main Log" that its "unable to load" wpcap.dll and packet.dll even though I chose VSO EVE as the network driver that it should use.

1) better compatibility with USB modem/3G...
2) sure but if our new in-house driver works better than Winpcap we will remove the LipCap library from this project
3) you need to use:

as it is a new key format (key V2 cannot be used for the V3)

1. DECODING ERROR, IGNORING BYTES UNTIL NEXT KNOWN PATTERN!
2. AV LOADER: Out of memory error
