If i burn a file approximately 8 GB that got converted into a single file, during the burning process(using 4GB Disks) would it be possible to burn the rest of it on a second disk? Like a continuation function? :?

No.
You can burn data to several disks, but you can't do that with video.
There is no DVD player that could play "continuous" disks.
