Unable to paste key

I just purchased DVD Converter and received my activation key. After downloading the trial version, I went to paste my key to activate the product.

However, it will not let me paste anything into the box that asks for the activation key. I am able to copy and paste the key anywhere else (Word, Excell, web page, etc.), but not into the required box.

I also have CovertXtoDVD 5 and had no problem copying and pasting the key to activate that product just a couple weeks ago.

I have tried to remove the trial version & re-download it, restart my computer, use a different web browser (Firefox vs. Internet Explorer) to copy the key, but I am still unable to Paste it.

Some other users had this problem if they had the software WebRoot installed. You may need to deactivate it the time you copy and paste the license key.
