My graphics card is NVIDIA
In all versions of the video tab menu setting options to enable USE Hardware Encoders Nvidia (CUDA) does not make any film I am faced with the error

Please fix this problem

Please can you try to install last official Nvidia graphic card driver (not the beta version)?

I had already installed the latest graphics driver version.
I installed the 1.0.0.22 version of software that will fix the problem.
The high conversion rate but lower quality version of the video mode is checked.
In previous versions of the H264 codec conversion speed and high quality, but low in the low quality version 1.0.0.22.

Also, the sound quality is not higher than 96kb

Your GPU does not support Nvidia NVENC's technology.
NVENC is only supported on Kepler (GTX 700-series) and Maxwell (GTX 800M/900 series ) GPUs.

Hardware upgrade required prior to activating and using the technology.
