I have recently changed computers and am trying to add my key but nothing will accept--please don't tell me that I have to rebuy--what am I doing wrong---HELP

Hello,

What do you mean by "nothing will accept"?
Do you have the key for version 2? (I suppose so, based on the fact that you purchased it in october 2012). Is it not accepting the key when entering it? Is there an error message?

It just keeps jumping me out--will try again and post results--it worked--I have Windows 8 and I am slowly learning--not sure I like it--thanks for getting back to me :)
