Conversion "More Formats" asks to install Video Converter

I'm running VSO Downloader 3.1.0.50. I was trying to covert video to MKV-VP8 format. When I click "More Formats" for Conversion the message pops up that states "Video Converter is not installed, we highly recommend using it. Would you like to install it now?"
I already have a registered version VSO Video Converter 1.1.0.1 installed.

How do I get VSO Downloader to recognize the already installed VSO Video Converter?
