Question about the paid version

New to VSO downloader and love it so far BUT....
The first few videos I tried to save only saved 50%. I understand from reading the sticky that there are certain videos that won't completely download with the free version. Not a problem. What I'm wondering is, if I can get 50% with the free VSO Downloader, does that mean with the paid version I'll definitely be able to get the whole video?
