I just purchased the program, well Im new to recording video on my camcorder to a blank dvd-r from my computer. Ok I have downloaded my video from my camcorder to computer and when I burn it to a blak cd it can only play on a computer and not on a dvd player, so I went on line and and I was told to buy DVD converter so it can covert the video on my computer to play on a dvd player well it does want to burn to a blank cd can anyone help me.

What is the name of the program you bought?

The problem might be you are trying to burn to CD instead of a DVD.
The the file convert? If you have one, please post the software log file (that was made during the time you used it). You can find the log file by opening it under the help menu in the VSO program.
