VSO downloader newbie needs help

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I downloaded the trial version of VSO downloader 3 and downloaded part of a song from cbbc iplayer. I was impressed with what I saw so I paid for the full version. I then downloaded the whole song and was very happy.

Next day, I turn on VSO downloader and it is not detecting anything, so I went back to cbbc iplayer to test it on another song but nothing. I know it should work on this website as it already had previously. I tried the download 1st video option, perfect, no trouble at all, so I try to download another song and it won't detect anything. I went to Youtube to try to detect videos and nothing is detected.

VSO downloader detected the 1st video test but doesn't actually seem to work on anything else. Can anyone please tell me what I need to do? is there a knack to getting this to work?

I would appreciate any help with this.
