Hello Goetschi,

Have you tried doing a fresh/clean installed as recommended via the forum rules?

Thanks for reading,

Please post your log file.

I tested converting to a custom profile (mkv with merged subtitles) in 1.2.0.7 (a version not yet public) and it worked as expected.

With 3.2.0.6, I'm having problems with file names on output. Using Nexus 10 profile, converting blueray iso to single mp4 file, output folder method as "do not add additional path", output file name become "main feature.mp4" only instead of the usual "Star wars - main feature.mp4" as in older versions.

The project name is correct, as in "Star wars" with "use first added file name" selected in settings.

Raymond.

Hello,
when I try to convert in mkv, the video subtitle codec choices are still not remembered in custom profile Editor.
In the "advanced edit" the subtitle will be shown, but when he converts to mkv the subtitle will not be shown in the preview.
I always becames the message "an error occured while converting ....."

Hello Cetric,

I tried it with the last official version.
Everything works fine, except "merged in video".
I don't use remux video in my "custom Profile" (see file attachment).
I can see the subtitle in the preview before I convert to mkv - but not in the converted mkv file.
Please help me.

There seems to be a bug with 3.2.0.* where if you convert audio to AC3 (this is the only 5.1 supported format for the Roku), it doesn't respect your bitrate choice. Every conversion I have tried with 3.2.0.18 and 3.2.0.12 has resulted in files with an audio bitrate of 160kb/sec, which is extremely low for 5.1 sound. I'm using a custom profile for this, converting audio to AC3, leaving sample rate as source, and leaving channels as source. Version 3.1.0.30 converts audio to AC3 with a proper bitrate (selecting 128/channel results in a file with 640kb/sec audio channel).
