Setup
Video Converter 1.2.0.2, W7 x64, 16 GB Ram, GTX 760 (4GB), i7-2600K

VC Died after rendering titles trying to render the menus - it just sits there @ 0 FPS. Tried with two different encodes across a reboot just in case.

When I try to close the app I get 'invalid pointer operation'. Pretty sure a decode thread died somewhere. I am using a different set of original files this time, mainly 720p and it's possible the files have errors which normal players can survive with but something in the .

Will try again turning off h/w but wanted to post here first.

Same problem with 1.2.0.3, files convert fine but menu conversion fails.

I did the same with software decoding and h/w encoding.

It worked!

Hello JJ,

I think the problem was with hardware decoding used in menu encoding.
Imagewall template must open a lot of videos in same time, and major part of graphic cards don't support that.

I disabled all hardware optimizations while encoding menus, this fix will be available in next version...
