Bug: H/W Encoding option disabled 1.2.0.5
Posted: Thu Mar 27, 2014 2:30 am
Setup
Video Converter 1.2.0.5, W7 x64, 16 GB Ram, GTX 760 (4GB), i7-2600K
The Bug
Cannot enable hardware encoders (see screen shot)
Encoding video does not use hardware any more (see log) and run sat 110 fps per stream for two streams instead of 300-400 fps per stream for sd content - QuickSync can manage another stream or two @ 300-400fps too but I already submitted a feature request :) .
v1.2.0.4
+-> [video #1 - h264_cuda video, 720x576, yuv420p, 5x4, 25.00Fps, 820 Kbps [en]]
+-- [video dxva2 [eng] h264 1280x532 243:101 yuv420p, 23.98 fps, 0 Kbps]
v1.2.0.5
+-> [video #1 - h264 video, 720x480, yuv420p, 3x2, 29.97Fps, 0 Kbps [un]]
+-- [video dxva2 mpeg4 608x300 152:75 yuv420p, 23.98 fps, 0 Kbps]
