If the interface reports that the protocol is not supported:
- it is possible it will be supported in a future version but we do not know how soon.
- you can use a screen recorder as a temporary solution, see post below for more info on screen recorders

We've tested a few screen recorders here are our comments:

Apowersoft Screen Recorder Pro
Comments: works fine, easy to use
Trial limitations: records 3 minutes and adds a watermark
- Download Trial
- Buy 39.95$

Any Video Converter Ultimate
Comments: works fine, easy to use
Trial limitations: couldn't find them, did see any during my test.
- Download Trial:
- Buy 49.95$

Debut Video Capture Software
Comments: easy to use, but you need to change settings to record audio from speakers (not default setting which requires rebooting). However the sound crackles of streaming recorded, maybe changing the settings fixes this but I did not do any further testing.
Trial limitations: 14 day trial no limitation
-Download Trial
-Buy 39.95$

CamStudio
Comments: easy to use, but you need to change settings to record audio from speakers, when doing this I got the error "WaveoutGetSelectControl() failed". It is worth a try but couldn’t test it completely
- Download
- FREE

and there are probably many more products
