rtl2now.de Videos downloaden

Hello,
i´m from Germany and by the site rtl2now.de under berlin Tag & Nacht can i not download the videos with the VSO Program.
The Program find the link, and download the parts (many .frag - parts) and it looks like thats the video, but at last, the program can not convert the parts into a video.
The Log says, the part is to little.

the videos are for 7 days free, when you look at rtl2now.rtl2.de/berlin-tag-nacht.php you see the free videos a little bit under the spoiler.

can someone tell me, how can i became the videos or can the support fix it, then does it going like this videos??
