Random Crashing in Windows 7

Since I use version 1.4.0.2, sometimes when I click back the program tab in task bar, the application gets random crashed (NOT the operating system). I run in Windows 7. It is not happened in Windows XP.
So annonying. Anybody having the same problem with me, or any solution to this crashing?

Run as administrator sometimes helps, sometimes not. Run in compatibility makes VSO Video Converter can't be launched.
I am using v1.5.10 for now and try to back to 1.5.0.8.
Thank you, and sorry for my bad english.

Random crashing is in most cases hardware problem. Computer that seems to be ok might have overheated and some components start to fail, causing problems.

Have you checked what is the temperature of your cpu during conversion?
Does that system have crashes when not converting but under heavy load - like some gfx test program? (3DMark etc.)

The temperature of CPU is around 60 degree Celcius.
Nope, no crash when not converting, or under heavy load. Only when I try to click the VSO Video Converter tab to see the progress then the app will be crashed.
And I am not get the problem with VSO ConvertXtoDVD, only with VSO Video Converter. And I am not using hardware optimization too. RAM is 8GB.

Then you need to post conversion or crash logs to see where the problem is.

Try to turn off DEP for VSO Video Converters as suggested by some sites, and change the priority to Background, it fines until now. May be this is the final solution. I wil report the result later. thank you.

Last result : and it's still happend. ta ha ha

The cause is : display driver settings.
So I try to reset to default ones. And everything works fine now. Case Closed.

After i think i have solved the crashed problem, it happened again.
here the error screenshot.
what happenend? I use Windows 7 Ultimate Sp1 with 8GB RAM.
If i use the 'Windows XP SP3 or SP2' compatibility, it won't run.
