The Japanese file name turns into garbage.

I rename the filename to Japanese.
1) I copied a program name in a clipboard like the "矢作・佐倉のちょっとお時間よろしいですか".
2) I renamed the filename to "矢作・佐倉のちょっとお時間よろしいですか" ,when it's being downloaded.
3) The downloaded file was garbled.

this issue has been reproduced and will be fixed in the next release.
