In the description it states "100% Clean and free"
While I see it on the stock for US $29.99
but when I try to download a video (not on youtube but on other site), it looks like having downloaded correctly without any limitations.
but when I try to download a youtube video, it only allows 50% of download.

I am confused. Is it a freeware or non-freeware??

advanced protocol?? I do not very understand.

If I only want to download streaming videos on websites that I open with Google Chrome or Firefox, is the free version enough?

You can open lot of different websites with Chrome or Firefox or any other browser. In fact - you open all websites with a browser.
Some of them have no protection, some require registering, some have encrypted streams, some direct and free etc.
