Is it normal when i use hardware encoding and best quality option i got 44 fps?. Because without best quality option i got the same result. Just wondering if best quality really working?

It depends on the profile used, did you use a custom profile with a preset?

I think there's no any presets. Just option "Use best video quality". So, when i use hardaware encoding i've got constant fps with or without this option. And i'm just asking is that ok?

I just made a 12 episode bluray using the latest version 1.0.0.40b and it will play in my Dynex player as it should. When I try to play it in my Pioneer players the menu comes on and I get a high pitched hissing, squeeling noise and when I highlight the episode buttons it stays on the menu screen and wont play the files.I guess the Pioneer is more strict on the bluray structure.I have been importing the encoded episode files into bd-rebuilder and letting it make a new menu and it plays fine in the pioneer players.

I'm once again having the issue that appeared to be resolved in 1.0.0.39, where fast forward and rewind do not function properly on my Sony stand-alone Blu-ray player. When I hit fast forward or rewind, the picture simply freezes as if I'd hit pause, and resumes when I hit play. Occasionally, after maybe 10 seconds of not-really-fast-forwarding, it will advance but then go back to staying paused. My log is below.

VLC and I assume pot player will read m2ts files, that are found in the bdmv folder, but few player will read a blu-ray structure.
VSO Media Player supports blu-ray structure, but it will not play the menu.

How are you supposed to know the real video bitrate you will get before encoding if that part in the log now continuously shows 16000 Kbps from version
1.0.0.42 or higher regardless of the media file and settings used when before it showed you the bitrate you will get after the encoding is finished?
Also dose this mean ConvertXtoHD has been limited to a video bitrate of 16000 Kbps now?

Looks like encoding rate 16000kbps is constant(limited). And Claire said that it was voluntary change. But it's dissapointing ofcourse...
And yet, CX crashing on 60 or 50 fps content when it tryes to convert to the same fps. And wrong kbps in log if HE enabled 16000 instead of 12000
