Installed v.32 and now get an error message on the home screen whenever I select an option box. See attached picture of error. Went back to v.31 with no error codes.

I just installed BR 3.6.0.3 and tried to convert "Games of Thrones Season 2 Disc1" but after "hard reading" in the BR drive - the START button is only greyed out for more than 5 minutes now (BR drive stopped reading in the meantime).

Just downloaded 3.6.0.4 from download site ... In Help / About it is only 3.6.0.3 .. and tried to convert blu-ray "Games of Thrones" Season 2 Disc 3 ...

Analyzing the disc hangs up BR converter ... as I wrote above.

thanks for this info about the website not being in sync with the actual download.

in a couple of hours, normally the new downloads will be actually updated with 3.6.0.4 and we did make a change (although not noted in the change log) that will hopefully correct this loading problem you informed us of

I catched 3.6.0.4 this morning and tried it - but does not work.

I have recorded a video what happens. I will send you a download link via support.

In the meantime I still have to use 3.5.0.36.

After further investigation together with user, solution was to enable the setting in AnyDVD
"remove video sequence shorter than .. 20 minutes"

3.6.0.5 of Blu-ray Converter works very good with this solution

OK, in the newest version it will no longer let me convert more than one video at a time.

In settings it still shows allow 4 conversions at one time. But, leaves 3 in queue and does them one at a time.

Thanks for your report that should be because you were converting from a disk in your optical drive, is that correct?
We made this change
- 0009824: [Suggestion] when converting from a physical disk limit to only one titleset at a time, no simultaneous conversions (cedric) - resolved.

To avoid other bugs that could happen.

Maybe we should ad an entry to the log to inform users... ?

Yes, I am loading from virtual drives. (Daemon Tools Lite)

Ok, still having issues with more than one conversion at a time with virtual drives and now also can't change name of file prior to recording.

as for the virtual drive problem can you post a conversion log please?

I stopped the conversion after realized still not converting more than one file at a time when using virtual drives.

LivingBeaverton's problem is now solved in 3.6.0.9 - thanks for helping us work this out.

With 3.6.0.16 (but I'm sure .17 will not fix the problem) ...

DVD Converter hangs up during analyzing the music DVD http://www.discogs.com/Frankie-Goes-To- ... se/1367384 ... Start button always greyed out (can't be clicked anymore - waited over 2 hours ...).

When in preferences / chapters / Create on titleset per chapters ... is enabled.

This only happens with this music DVD. I've tried another music DVD (from Falco) - works.
