[Feature Request] Deinterlace

To whom it may concern,
The ConvertXtoVideo is GREAT!
But It gonna be so WONDERFUL if it has the "Deinterlace" feature added.

Hello DATAVIEWER,
De-interlace filter is already implemented, but is only applied when needed (interlaced input).
