VSO Software Forum

It has now been 3 months since the last update. This software still fails to download most YouTube videos. I took upon myself to search the web for another alternative. There are other free, ad free, downloaders that do everything VSO Downloader says it will do but actually does it. It's seems the VSO developers don't have the desire to provide what they sell. VSO Downloader has become so limited, it almost not worth the time to even open it for a download. Such a shame. It started as a great little program.

No updates does not mean we are not working hard. We are and we are working on a major new version that should not disappoint you but a little patience is needed still.

A new minor update is coming soon (this week or next probably) but will not address what you mentioned below.
