Runtime error 216 at 00408746

I upgraded my downloader 2 days ago and now the program won't run on the dialog "Runtime error 216 at 00408746" appears. Click "OK" and the program terminates. Old version ran OK. Please help.

I tried to install the beta version still no success. Can you post a link to the old versions of this software pre v4.0?
