vso cannot install proxy settings when vpn is on

vso works ok as long as I dont turn on my vpn.
"Currently we cannot install our proxy settings because a 3rd party internet addon/plugin is blocking the process"
I have deactivated my browsers plugins, and the browsers are not open. My vpn is Pure VPN.
